We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially during peak season (June–September) when tours fill quickly. Weekend slots in summer book out particularly fast. That said, feel free to reach out for last-minute availability — we do our best to accommodate.

Your tour price includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a professional local guide for the entire duration, and all admission tickets listed in your tour itinerary (e.g. Skylon Tower, Journey Behind the Falls, Hornblower Cruise). Meals, personal shopping, and gratuities are not included.

Yes! Since all our tours have a maximum of 6 guests, you can book the entire tour for your group exclusively. If you have specific requests — a customised itinerary, a special occasion, or a different route — contact us and we'll tailor the experience for you.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time. For cancellations within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is recommended. For the Hornblower cruise, you will receive a complimentary poncho — but expect to get a little misted! Bring a camera, sunglasses, sunscreen in summer, and a light jacket for cooler evenings near the falls. Water and snacks are welcome in our vehicle.

We do our best to accommodate guests of all mobility levels. Please let us know about any specific requirements when booking so we can plan accordingly. Niagara's major attractions are largely accessible, and our guides are trained to ensure everyone is comfortable and included throughout the tour.
